Any tips to keep cold food while camping?
Ex. eggs, frozen meat for dinner, cheese, fish, etc.
(4-5 day motorcycle trip)

This OP, we've never kept our eggs in the fridge.

As for the rest... have you considered eating something else? Anything that can keep meat cold is going to be bulky, like a cooler. I suppose you have some leeway since you're on a bike though.

Should i ask here or /ck/ about what food will last and yet still make reasonably interesting meals for a long trip.

(Planning to do a simpson desert crossing, usually a 2 day trip + 2 days in case of emergency)

Bring frozen meat in a cooler bag with some frozen bottles of water but then eat it in the first 2 days.
For the last couple days have meals that don't need refrigeration such as dehydrated food, can food, salami and hard cheeses

Freezing the item to be kept cold is a good trick. Another I've used for anything you can seal is to put it in a large body of water. Beer chilled in Lake Superior tastes superior.

It was about 50 deg F on our trip, not a viable trick for small lakes or warm climates but if you're near the ocean that's cold too. A mountain spring could be deliciously cool too.
