I am trying to get more in to day hiking. I hike but it is not usually more than 8 or 9 miles round trip. I usually just wear workout gear (friend who got me in to it was a track/x-country athlete...it rubbed off).
What do you guys where to wick sweat, especially on longer hikes? I am trying to find a bodyglove like shirt to pull over.
Any clothing suggestions? Also for longer hikes, what do you guys do for pants? I normally wear shorts because wearing pants when doing cardio seems silly.
