How much money do you estimate you could survive on if you went innawoods/hobo semi-permanently?

I'm considering leaving home with all I need on my back for a few months (6-12 probably) to get away from life. I suffer with severe depression, ADHD, all that shit and it's too much.

I own little camping gear (I have a 4 person tent but obviously that's huge) and I've got a 30 litre pack, an Osprey Momentum. I also own a touring bike (Surly Disc Trucker) so I'd probably load that up with panniers and essentially tour around for a while, head south for the winter and then back north again next year.

I'm in the UK so I'd probably head for the European mainland as there's a lot more landmass etc. I get a small income each month that's guaranteed for at least 10 years so there's no issue there. I also work so I can save up a little before I leave too.
