I'm thinking about getting some Fjallraven Vidda Pro trousers for winter. Anybody have them or can recommend an alternative in the Fjallraven range (I have Abisko trousers but want some full G1000s for winter - not 'winter' insulated model though).

Alright here's my recording rig. It's awesome. I can bretty much get pro National Geographic quality cordings with it. It's not heavy but it takes up lots of space so it's almost impossible to take on an overnighter BOOM

Not really, but when I was a kid I bought a jungle wildlife soundfx cd and I thought it was the coolest thing ever and would listen to it

no, not really. Just stuff I was hoping or expecting. There were a couple times when I heard a bizarre hooting that sounded like an ape but I later confirmed this as bear cubs. I didn't have my recorder with me that night so i have no recording of it.
