You could maybe sneak a hot meal using a gas stove, even if they use ir cameras you're only going to need a few minutes to boil water and mix in some soup mix or something. Also drones are often loud as fuck, you might be able to hear it if it's flying low enough to spot you.
I'm going hiking this weekend, one of our cold meals is tuna on crackers. You can get tuna in bags instead of cans, and we are bringing some mayonnaise and pickle relish packets to mix into it. Pretty lightweight and high calorie.
