How is been your /out/summer so far?

For me it's been a fucking slow one, nothing more than a few hikes and some mtb, in a month I'll be in holidays in a foreign country but I can only enjoy the beach there since it's a fucking island

Maroon 5 is probably one of the worst bands to ever be granted radio access. Literally whenever I'm within 10 feet of a radio at any place, all I hear is their shitty music which is generally a repetition of 6 words spoken by Adam Levignes horrible voice for 4 minutes straight.

It's been shitty. Either extreme storms, or extremely hot polluted air. The mosquitos are so bad, I can't even get 30 feet into a trail without turning around.

Midwest, IL/WI area. It's just all-round shitty. We've had these weird days where it is 100% humidity, 95 degrees, no wind, and then the air is thick with pale pollution. It's fucking insanity. I started sending out job applications to places in the west.

And yeah, the mosquitoes are just... Like nothing I've ever seen before. Absolutely no /out/ activity.

Went hiking in the Tatras with my girl, saw lots of stuff in Slovakia too. Spent 80% of summer travelling/out in the country.
10/10 summer, changed me as a person. I decided I want to do jazz so now I'm playing guitar 5 hrs/day. Feels good man
