The Nalgene was too big to fit in my standard bike cage, so I bought the thermos instead.
Had it since mid of last summer and I have gotten to the point where I carry it with me everyday no matter where I go.
Its fallen out when I wrecked my bike, it was thrown hard into my dash during a car wreck, it has sat in direct blazing sunlight for hours sitting in the car.
It still functions despite a few gouges and scratches (except the lid doesnt spring back anymore, the band broke)
Im probably going to buy a metal insulated one for really hot days. But I have been more than impressed with it. Maybe buy a real expensive high end bottle
Im not sure if I can deal with the cap top of the Nalgene after having a pop top.
