>day hikes>backpacking trip>fly fishing>guided rock climbingunless you love fishing, i'd strike that one. there are better places to do it, and there are better thing to do in ynp. if you have any interest in climbing, this'd be the time and place to do it. arguably the most iconic rock climbing destination in the world. backpacking's cool, but it'll put you in the back country, away from the valley, so probably better with day hikes.
maybe something like this
>day 1: tourist shit in the valley-el cap meadow, yosemite falls, vernal falls...>day 2: day hike-half dome,(if you can get a permit this late), clouds rest or north dome>day 3: climbing>day 4: tuolumne meadows>Where would you stayif you don't have this figured out, better hurry. campsites in the park are almost certainly booked at this point, but you may get lucky. don't try to outlaw camp or sleep in your car. they're super aggressive about that, and the fine's a couple hundred bucks.
