Nice little headlamp for under $30. White led is bright as fuck and the red leds are sufficient for walking around at night. I use it all the time when I'm fishing at night or camping. Battery life is okay but it'll get dim pretty quick if you leave it on the brightest setting for a long time. It takes 3x AAA batteries so it's easy to source replacements.

I just wish it had more of a flood pattern to the main led rather than a concentrated spot beam, but it's still really useful.

I bought a luminaid lantern that's pretty handy at night. My bug net really helps too. Honestly I can't really say. Anything that gives me food I'd say.

Why do you need protection against virus? Do you live in a 3rd world shithole? Virus hardly survive without an host, so unless you're drinking water from a literal sewer you're fine, if you have doubts just boil the water and that will do better than any filter.

All nice non-essential toys and such I can think of are actually more than $50. SO I submit this, a cool, cheap, comforting-as-fuck lantern to keep near you or hang on a tree when relaxing in the dark. It's too cheep to justify the shipping charge so I'm just waiting until I actually find it somewhere
