I want to kill an elephant. I can't find online where I can buy a license or how I can do it legally. I inherited like $200 grand and i want to blow 50 grand on a big adventure like elephant hunting. Hunting stories? Anyone shoot an elephant before?

That's ok. You won't find who you are looking for immediately. What you want is for the people at the adventure travel company to get you in touch with their friends in the business who do the type of expedition you're looking for. You might start off by talking to the local company that only shoots bears but they know someone who travels to Africa a couple of times a year to shoot gazelle. Then that person knows someone in Africa that does exotic hunts. Networking.

Pretty sure this a troll but there's the first few links on Google.
I'm unsure of the process but I believe you get a license from the country the hunt takes place in. I am unaware of the import laws for any country so look it up.
Minimum caliber is .375, its recommended to go higher. Don't skimp on rifle or ammo and please be a decent shot before you show up.

I have no good hunting stories, sorry.

I think 50G is enough, I've never actually priced out a trip.
