I want to take wine /out/ to suprise my grillfriend, but we'll be drinking it at the end of a long hike, and it's extremely hot here these days.

If I freeze the wine, and then let it slowly unfreeze through the hike, will it fuck up the taste? It is red wine, but 20 degrees celsius really isn't room temperature.
