They *are* well made, feel really good in your hand and work great for hot beverages but as I stated in my previous post, they are heavy and take up virtually all of the space inside the pot. The reason I purchased the pot in the first place is because it's small, tough, lightweight, holds the amount of water I require for cooking and has enough room inside to store my Chinese pocket rocket plus a few other items. Since the pot nests perfectly in my SS cup, it takes up virtually no additional room in my pack and the SS cup also gives me the option of using it as an additional boiling vessel.
