If you can't stop, take a fuckload of pics and pick the best one, delete the rest. Digital's cool like that.
Vibration-reduction features in the camera helps. My VR Nikon lenses that have an "Active" mode, that tends to work better than "Normal".
Most of the time I recommend the fuckload-of-pics approach.
