What's the best type of shelter for long-term camping in the winter? Preferably something you'd build on the spot. I was thinking maybe 1-2 people, temperature at -30 C at it's coldest. Time to construct it I'll give it maybe 2-3 months, assuming you can't bring anything other than tools and rope. Any nords up in here?
