This homestead will be built in Maine, by pooling finances into the purchase of a large parcel of forested land that must include arable soil, rivers and spawning fish populations, populous wildlife for consumption, and the capability of sustaining muktiple long term residencies.The startup cost for each individual is looking to be at BARE MINIMUM $15,000, maybe more or less depending on what we decide for basic housing and equipment.
