Get 'ye to the North Woods edition

Our goal is completion of a co-owned commune within a parcel of 70-100+ acres of Unorganized Territory in the Maine North Woods. Sustainability, Conservation, and Alternative/Sustainable energy is our focus. Once we decide and reach the estimated total startup cost, we can initiate a purchase on land, equipment and materials, establish division of labor, create start and end goal dates etc. Right now we're looking for more people, and brainstorming.

Projected timeline: 1-2 years (includes purchase, does not include completion of housing)
Projected startup cost per individual: ~$8,000
