I approved the finished artwork yesterday and should receive a sample patch (Bear with Mora by the way like in OPs pic) anyday now. If it looks good I am ordering 200 and putting them up for grabs on tictail. Originally it was going to be USAbros only. However, I opened it up to eurobros as shipping letter sized packages to Europe isnt as expensive as I had thought. Some Aussies and Kiwis have asked if I will ship to them as well. After some contemplation and rewatching Crocodile Dundee (parts 1&2) both Aussies and Kiwis are in as well.
Will post pic of sample patch as soon as I receive it.

The iron on backing fucked up the embroidery, you should just switch to nothing so the integrity of the patch is better
Inner part of the shield looks off center (look at left and right sides at the bottom)
Smoothness of outside curve seems a bit choppy
If the manufacturer can't garentee better quality control I suggest going with a different service

Talked with manufacturer. They are making sure bears left ear will be more rounded and not as pointy. I personally do not want the ears symetrical. I like the silhouette look of bear at picnic table as is (same bear used in every /out/ patch) Manufacturer says iron on backing has no effect on embroidery as it is applied after. Manufacturer also sayed finished patches will look "more fine" as >>598636 is a rough sample. Im going ahead with the order. Will take 5-7 buissness days. Once I get them I will open up a store at tictail and post in this thread or create a new one.

I am not OP that requested emails as a poll as to which ones that would sell. I am a guy that got pissed off about all the bickering and decided to just have some patches of better quality made. Once I have them in hand I'll have a better idea as to what kind of price point they will be at. I will say this right now, they aren't going to be "cheap." They will be under $10 a patch, most likely in the $5 to $7.50 per patch. And, if ausfags and eurobros want to pay for shipping I don't give a fuck if they order all of them from me.
