I'm taking some SPAM singles solo camping for the weekend. Do you guys suggest I bring some sort of fat for frying it? From my experience my pocket rocket heats my pan to extreme temperatures and anything i toss in it (like panfish or stuff) ends up sticking to the bottom of the pan and i have a huge black mess to clean up later on.

what kind of fat do i bring and how to transport it? thanks
