Best thing I could suggest is Survivorman, because Les Stroud actually spends a week in the wilderness, and not only do you get great tips for living in the wilderness in a survival situation but you actually see how your energy and different factors can play into it, get an idea of what is useful and what is not. Nothing compares to real life experience though.
