The rest is superfluous extras, I find scissors are unreliable and tend to break, I'd rather have a good pair of real scissors in my aid kit. Wood saws are kind of handy but like rippled blades you can't really sharpen them. Files are often included but I've never used one and other shit like magnifying glasses and whatnot is just retarded.
