also climbing is about climbing, not competition, it's about the challenge and the jounrey and the peaking, about improvising around your weakspots and using your strongspots. it's about fun and challenge, not aethletic ego
also as long as you're not boybuilding tier heavy a few kgs here and there in lean, dense muscle mass is actually more beneficial than harmful
focus on losing excessive fat and building dense muscle. if you build up size correctly, i,e in dense, rock hard tissue vs puffy shit for size and show you'll be okay.
