>>629376>>629471Lassen was great because of the memories I had in my two trips. I went up to the summit in late May when it was covered in snow and before it had officially opened. I was also alone, and the only other person there was a guy looking for his friend's camera since his friend had broken his leg there earlier in the day falling through some snow. Despite this, and being nearly dusk I summited alone, and came down in the dark. It was stupid, but it was feat for other reasons I won't mention here.
Aside from that, I did the Cinder cone, which is my personal favorite part of Lassen for it's unreal landscape. And I did a few other trails like the Devil's kitchen? and hot springs.
