>>616317If you are still having problems then yes, I would recommend you see someone. I don't know that you will fuck it up further - but you could, depending on various movements or weight baring.
It sounds like a vertebrae decided to say 'fuck life' and moved out of place, screwing with a nerve. This is something you should take fairly seriously. Don't panic or anything, but the longer you leave something like that alone, generally, the harder it becomes to coax into not being an asshat anymore. It may or may not be difficult to get back to how it should be, but it might also be more likely to try and move back.
Conversely, your vertebrae might be perfectly fine, and just have subluxated just a touch for a moment or so, pissing off your nerve. Right now there may be nothing inherently wrong at all, and it's just the aftereffects.
The easiest way to make an estimate yourself is on whether or not you still feel you have any symptoms or anything is off - not necessarily all the time, but if it can be triggered by various movements such as rotating your head/neck etc.
Ultimately I would suggest you get it checked out - sometimes one can tell just by touching the bones if something is out of alignment, other times it's more subtle and imaging may be easier for a doctor to intemperate. These things can often be self corrected, or by way of therapy, but it's best to know what you're dealing with.
Source: I have EDS, so just about anything moving or being out of place in the body, and anatomy, are kind of things I need to know about.
tl;dr - go see a doctor.
