When I was a kid we had to climb a 45 degree smooth rock surface in England with tiny little ledges to use as holding. bare in mind we had no mountaineering experience or training, I tried to rush past the slow coaches along a slightly harder route and i lost my balance leaning backwards, I barely caught the ledge, only about a centimetre away.
