If you have a sleeping bag, mount it on the claff (the "lock")
in smaller pockets: kåsa(mug) fork, knife, alco for your stove, can opener, hygiene articles, small stuff
at the bottom (on the outside) you can mount your sleeping mat (dunno what it's called, the foam you lay your sleeping bag on)
then to the right it says:
the order of stuff is flexible depending on weather, use own experience.
and so it goes from top to bottom:
1.5l water bottle,
rain clothing,
warm jacket,
warm jumper
... cant read the rest of the picture due to the size of the font, but you get the idea.
And at the bottom of that part it says:

I have exactly the same bag as OP, they can be bought really cheap off of swedish "ebay". Fjällräven etc
