I used these for work in -30C to -40C. You can nap comfortably in a snow drift at -30C in these. I personally guarantee you will die of hunger in these things. Match them up with a -50C workboot for another $80 and you're done.

- Hilleberg 2 man tent (I'm assuming you'll be on your own, and will need a fairly substantial kit. It's worth having the extra space in the tent for that stuff)

Wear polyester and wool, no untreated cotton (e.g. G1000 contains cotton but is treated to be water repellant so it doesn't hold moisture)
