This is not /k/, the quota of paranoid prepers is pleasantly low here, we also don't have bug out bags (well some /k/atamites do), but have normal packs. Its not a bout SHTF but enjoying nature and having a good time.

Dude, alskan here, if I don't carry a gun i have a high chance of getting obliterated by a bear, moose, or lynx.

When I go camping, it's usually by myself on private land for a week or so. gun is imperative for survival here.

I used to stock guns and ammo and food for the russian invasion. then later for the gubment takeover. Now I realize that shit isn't going to happen so I ate the food and shot the rounds and sold the guns.

Used some of mine in February when we lost power for four days thanks to a winter storm. The cold weather supplies made a LOT of difference.
