you just put cement on the ground, you get the material and then you build it after an instruction.
big room is 13,79 m2 or 148 squarefeet
smaller room is 4,7 m2 or 50 sqf
smallest room is 3,15 m2 or 33,9 sqf
and the attic is 8 m2 or 86 sqf but only 1m max. in height
so all in all it is 29,64 m2 or 320 squarefeet.
