They ask on the application if you're currently getting EBT from another state so I lied. I was trying to get a Cali EBT too at the same time, but you have to go in and take some class or some bullshit because it's an epidemic down there so I held off. Can't say if they have updated their interstate communication systems in the past few years but the websites still look the same.
