Can we have a thread exempt from knick nacks and consumerism. without brand names and products.
Please share your stories of bushcraft, building your shelter when you arrive instead of carrying it all the way there with you.
Tarps/nylon/pegs/axes are okay (as far as products are concerned) not going for a purist approach at all, just a more robust one.
if anyone has built a Teepee, or a makeshift prospector tent please share your success :)
