The soul crushing pain on the guys face though when we tell him it's acting up again, he has burnt so many hours of his life on that mess.
Unfortunately I do need it to be working for my main project, fingers crossed it's functional when I need it.

There's actually a random scattering of HeNes around the place, think they used to be a major part of alignment before I started here, but they definitely aren't used any more.
Haven't had the pleasure of working with an argon laser, but I've only heard good things about them.
OPA isn't that bad, the crystals are more high maintenance than a girlfriend but when they work, they work well.
