My scarpa R-evolution gtx plus hiking boots keeps water out as well.
Treat and maintain your leatherboots right and they'll hold water out (rubber boots other hand needs zero maintenance in order to do the same tho)
OT: rubber sawing boots are uncomfortable, heavy and generally just shit in all manners.
