Always when i go out for a Walk/run both my lower legs feels like swelling. It doesnt matter what shoes im wearing.
After 5 min is starting to hurt and feels more and more until i have to rest somewhere. This continues for a couple more times. Walk rest and Walk. After a while it just disappears and can Walk as much my enegry takes Me without having to rest from leg pain.
How do i stop this
I tried stretching but doesnt seem to help. Only thins that works is sitting down and massage my lower legs and wait for the tension in The legs to go away
