Ok /out/ I've been camping and hunting for several years now, and I want to get into some more survival type camping/backpacking. I live near the southern point of the Appalachian trail so I have plenty of places to go "survive". I just need some advice on where to start. Preferred beginner backpacks, fixed blade knives, and overall survival advice would be much appreciated.
