I also collect elderflower and elderberries. I make liqueur from the flowers, the berries go into beer.

Its a Bloomin' Onion they grow wild in Australia where I live.

Can anyone tell me if giant puffballs are mycoraizal or saprophytes? The internet has conflicting answer. I picked one today, peeled it, sauteed it in butter with salt and spices. It was great.
