- carried a huge, well equipped pack instead of going for ultragay ultralight
- brought a folding saw to practice bushcraft on the trail
- hiked 6 miles/day to take her time and enjoy the scenery

she had lost herself. so she started the hike for the journey. but by the she only wanted the destination.
