1. Eat a high calorie/fat dinner or late night snack.
2. Use a thick blanket or foam product to line the bottom of the truck. A layer under you is (normally) just as good as one on top of you.
3. Small electric space heaters, battery powered.
4. A good sleeping pad/bag combo. Don't hesitate to use a fleece liner inside of your bag and an extra blanket underneath your pad.
5. Try to have a vent or a dehumidifier of some sort, condensation can and will build up, and may possibly freeze. You never want to be wet while sleeping.
6. Layer up inside your bag. Good thick socks, long underwear and maybe a soft hoodie and a pair of sweats. The more layers the better.
