I used to work at Zion where tons of non-Americans go and they would NEVER tip, I remember one time a German guy was paying for 8 permits to do Subway, didn't leave a dime, they all came in as soon as the doors open to check conditions the next morning, I told them extreme risk of flash floods so they couldn't go even though it was fine (we hadn't put the sign up yet), cheap pieces of shit.
