>>836293i love the bullshit claims on powerbait lures, but i also like a lot of their lures.
>fish hold on 18x longer!!!anyway so i finally found the glorious black trick worms of legend in my local walmart, they were hiding behind some bullshit all along. i could have gotten them at ass pro but they are always on the back burner. never fished the solid blacks, heard for the last 15 years that they get the job done.
is it simply because being black they absorb all light and only emit frequency vibrations without any visual distraction? or is it because in bright light they appear with sharp contrast?
i've caught fish on pretty much all spectrum of the rainbow and it seems that luck/moon phase/physical motion/vibration/hunger gets me more hits than the color of a lure.
if color or the look in general ever mattered so much, how could a black trick worm do any better than white, green, yellow, limetreuse, merthiolate, pumpkinseed, watermelonseed/grass/insert other fancy name here???
night fishing fag that won't trip yet here (above abu rod/reel fag), i'll be fishing in an hour or two. moon looks to be waxing and the locals told me they caught 5 decent bass this afternoon.
funny story, i went to buy 30 lb power pro and just grabbing it on the go, i got to the czechout. the cashier says "sir, did you realize this shit is empty???"
i'm like "nigga......you's my real nigga now, give this man a raise!!!"
but for real i was in such a hurry that i didn't even look inside to see if the spool was in there, someone had actually shoplifted it. i know braid isn't cheap but shit son.
so i go back and they have no 30 lb power pro. none. so i was thinking of getting the higher end power pro but that shit is like lime neon green wtf?
so i settled on some spiderwire stealth. i've only had the ez braid and it wasn't so great. this spiderwire at least felt a bit more like the regular power pro.
anyway don't be a fag and steal shit even though it's easy to do.
