What are the things I need to put in a Medic Kit to cover almost every injury or ailment /out/?

So far I have:
baking soda, aloe, dramamine/emetrol, neosporin, ginger tabs, milk magnesia, tylenol, fiber pills, imodium, ammonia tabs, Israeli bandage, saline, sutre kit, nail cutter, nail file, soap bar, whistle, 5x magnifying glass, Rip Shears, floss, tea tree oil, tape, stretch gauze, 3" gauze (do I need bigger?).

What a good kind of tweezer?
What kinds of scissors/cuticles/forceps do I need??

And I'm thinking about getting a Combat Application Tourniquet .

Is there a need for any CPR devices or oral or nasal airway passages? I know not how to use them.

And what of burn ointment?

Finally, please recommend me an IV bag.

...I want to cover anything I encounter that happens to myself or someone else in any urban or rural setting.
