Hi, /out/,
I have recently started doing a new type of CO2 tables where you don't count the time but instead count contractions. I thought I'd start with 5 contractions and 1 breath inbetween (as described in the technique). What I found was that I had an incredible urge to breathe, but no contractions. Lungs burning, my throat burning, but no contractions. Is that a good thing? What should I make of this?
Also, second question: When I go for max breathhold, the pressure from inside my lungs pushes my throat and it gets really uncomfortable after the first half of the breathhold. What can I do about that?
Pig unreladed
