How long does it take for a soil to cool down when it is a mix of peat moss, cow compost, natural soil, blood and bone meal, dolomite lime, and earthworm castings?

I have heard that supersoil mixes can be ready in two weeks but I have seen different.

Just trying to figure out if it's better or worse to prepare my soil now and give it from October to May to cook or if that would pose a negative effect.
