So I kill rabbits a lot.
I live in suburbia and they get super docile, so I go out at 3AM with an airgun and can bag like 10 in a night with nobody noticing.
I figure theyre pests so its fine.
I dont want to waste them so I keep the feet. I have a bag of like 50 feet.
Some guy told me it was weird. Is it?

Nah i hunt them off my apartment porch with bb guns. If you don't want to waste them save the hides and haunches. Skinning is easy after doing it only a few times.
And i keep the feet too, never know when you'll need a shitton of luck

Only excuse is for bugs and pests, so if rabbits are pests there then go nuts
Coyotes are pests out here and you don't even need a tag to hunt them, so it can make for a fun day or two out in the sticks

It's extremely weird because you have a nagging conscience that you suppress by hoarding dead animal limbs, an act which is pure ideology. Just think about it anon, you feel guilty about taking life, harmony with nature or whatever bullshit so your caveman brain thinks the solution to this is to cut off feet and keep them in a bag. I can just imagine someone coming over to your house and when they ask about the rabbits you come at them with big round eyes holding up a bag of decaying feet grunting and shoving it at their face trying to communicate some indecipherable caveman logic like smearing period blood all over yourself during the full moon or shoving every tenth piece of rice up your ass to make it rain.

I don't think it's at all odd. The little shits get into my garden and eat my plants, plus they carry some nasty diseases here. As a general rule of thumb here, it is a bad idea to eat them unless we have had a few hard freezes.

Since I can't really find a thread touching on the subject-
