I live inna US (don't know if you do) and I've been destroying my feet with cotton socks for too long, so a couple years ago I went out to buy proper socks. Craftsman work socks. They have different tiers and different varieties, mine are mostly wool and like 20% acrylic. They were about $8 for the pair AND THEY ARE GLORIOUS.
I have the same problem you do - clammy cold feet all the time (during cold seasons), even when i'm inside the warmth. These socks are godly man, and with the peace of mind of not raping my paycheck for memesocks. I've hiked around in the snow with them and they're perfect, and being wool I've even hiked mountains in summer and they're perfect. Cold clammy bullshit day around the house? Perfect. Even when your feet are already cold and raw, these will fix it in like 10 minutes.
