Looking for some suggestions for an emergency bag. I'm big into innawoods and self sustaining primitive survival shit BUT i am still checking out a general survival, somewhat urban, just general emergency bag. Somewhat for 2 people. Starting budget is $1300. I already have some stuff.
What I have:

Then, I take $300 and I wanna buy a mossberg persuader. Definitely considering spending the $30 to make it into a backpack sized 5+1 with birdshead grip. Take $350 to finish my AK(furniture, conversion kit, mags). The AK is kinda seperate from the BOB. Although open carry of long arms is legal here, unless shit was really happening I'm not gonna run around with it although its not out of the picture. The shotguns will be my main B.O.B. weapon, but I still need to convert my AK as its useless and ugly now.
Food: I'm pretty OK on food. Out of this budget I'm gonna make a big block of pemmican, some of my special hard tack, some hard cheese, some coffee, some soup.

This leaves me $570. Wat do?
