Dogs, like people are all different. Nature v. nurture, all that. They may have been bred to do that, but then people have been bred to wipe out one another for believing in different imaginary friends, or having a different skin colour, or whatever.
The only dogs I've ever had trouble with are those little fluffy white shits. Only dog that's ever bitten me, and I've been bitten by several. I'll take a big dog that growls at others pets over a small angry little shit that bites random strangers anyday, thanks.
