I had one on my dick too.
I was pretty panicky about the removal but now I found the perfect technique.
I first used tweezers and they are the worst method. I then went over to using my knife, didn't fail quite as often. Best method was shown to me by a friend.
This only works when the tick is not filled already. Place your index finger on top of the tick and start a circular motion, while applying a little pressure.
Always worked, the tick doesn't even get damaged.
