Camping is limited, but pine barrens in South or the Appalachian mountains up north should be adequate.

Central Jersey is bad for camping tho. Basically the closer you get to NYC the worse.

But fishing is another story, Hudson is at least fishable and our beaches are great for fishing. Then the Delaware, and the three big lakes in the middle like round valley which is a beautiful resivior.

There are a lot of parks you can bike in but I'm no expert in that, just see a bunch of trail bikers in any park.

We got some good trout too.

It really all depends what part of jersey you are in. It really all changes quickly

Too much hiking and camping to even list (pic related).
Some of the best climbing, alpine rock especially, in the country. Almost all of the highest peaks in the continental US are in Colorado. IDGAF about Mt. Whitney.
Hunting, I have no idea, but we've got good fly fishing on the Platte and the Poudre.
