my cousin owns a pemmican bar line. they are made in austin but I have no idea what the name is. they are pretty good, not much more expensive other bars, and are pemmican so have way more protein.
supposedly they are pretty good. all the major supermarkets carry them in houston, and even my local jewish market does. I have never tried them though, I prefer making my own jerkey and packing in trail mix.
