Its good that you have someone to check them out for you. Make sure you check the wheel size too, i had to drop 600 bucks on new wheels because my tire size stopped being produced 2 years ago. Like he said, the license is only needed if you are driving commercialy for dollars. I dont know if it applies where you live but check the size limits of street side parking if you end up with a big bus. Would suck to take it out for fun and end up with a parking ticket. Get it registered as an rv, there are probably restrictions on that in WA but that only means youll have to cover some shit in the overhaul like adding water, sleeping and living space etc. I didnt have to do shit, registered it in KS and they gave no fucks. Insure it as an rv too, my bus insurance is $20/mo.
